I’m a personal trainer who has been where you are. I have lost 100lbs and now I am focused on helping women build real strength in a way that actually fits their lives. My approach isn’t about chasing perfection or forcing one-size-fits-all routines—it’s about creating structure, flexibility, and sustainable habits that work for you. Whether you’re busy, overwhelmed, or starting over (again), I help you train with intention, build confidence, and see progress you can maintain.
